We are really excited about PCYC embRACE, but we could always use some extra help! One of PCYC Queensland's most valuable assets are our special group of dedicated volunteers. PCYC embRACE is an excellent opportunity to get involved in your local community. We are looking for volunteers in many elements of the event from pre-event support, to working on the course or helping us form an impressive cheer squad.
An Administration Volunteer is required for 1-2 days a week. If you love working on reception, enjoy data entry and are happy to assist with special events, you're the person for us. Spiral strives to facilitate community participation and inclusion by developing and facilitating strategies for individual participation in various community settings, functions and activities to enhance the well being and lifestyle of a person with a disability.
Location: Rocklea looking for a person for 10-12 hours a week for 6 - 10 weeks. We open 7.30am to 3.30pm mon to Friday. They would be welcome to join any time that suits as long as it regular (for the supported employees). Ideally 8am to 2pm Mondays and Tuesdays
I would love to have someone, come in, and just help sort out files, and make neat excel spreadsheets, from all the rough data that I have in my home office. I am so busy, actually "doing stuff", that keeping files neat and current is getting beyond me. Have asked for 5 volunteers, but that would be a job sharing scenario, so people can do different days etc. A "switched on" progressive alternative hippy kind of person would be ideal, but not necessary :) Esp if they love Music and the Ocean
