Wesley Mission Queensland is currently seeking expressions of interest from people looking to give a helping hand to people in need as a volunteer within our Emergency Relief Service.
Volunteer Home Visiting aims to empower families and enhance their social inclusion through building their confidence and connection to their community with the support and companionship of a volunteer. Families are based across the Gold Coast and matching is based on volunteers' location and family/carers interests, availability and experience and the goals identified by the family. A Volunteer is matched to provide support one visit per week for 2 hours, over a minimum 6-month period.
4 Voices are looking for committed volunteers for the 4 Voices new outreach service to connect with girls and women who seeking change on the Gold Coast. You will be helping people to connect through regular conversations. We provide connection with other services like Centrelink, food services, housing, healthcare and counselling.
4 Voices are looking for team leaders to support our small outreach teams on the Gold Coast. Team leaders need to engage with, coach and manage both volunteer and the outreach shift activities. The commitment required is 3 - 4 hours per week. We are about to launch an outreach service to operate from an off-grid van at various locations on the Gold Coast.

The mission of Diverse Voices is to provide an anonymous peer support telephone, web chat and referral service that listens to and supports the diverse voices that make up the community; aiming to make useful referrals, improve the mental health and overall wellbeing of those who contact us with unconditional positive regard.
We require responsible and enthusiastic people to assist with the various roles involved in running our non-profit organization's Self-esteem & Leadership Youth Camps.
