Tutor must be prepared to commit two full days (usually a Saturday) to a workshop orientation and information of the Read Write Now course. Names are taken of those Tutor Volunteers wanting to be involved in this program and once there are enough people interested a workshop is run. Usually every 3 months.

Girl Guide Leaders are friends, role models and mentors to our youth members. You do not require any Guiding experience, just a positive and caring attitude. This is one of the most rewarding and fun volunteer jobs around!

The MSWA Albany Ride is back on Saturday, 13th March. The ride commences at Emu Point carpark. Participants will head out on their chosen course, either the 10km Family ride, 40km ride, 80km Challenge or the new 135km Challenge. Volunteers are needed from 5am to 7am to setup for the event and from 1pm to 4pm to pack down. UPDATE: only people to pack down are now required :)
King River Hall are holding a Car Boot Sale on Sunday 28th March from 8:30am to 12:30pm. They need two First Aid people for this event. You must hold a current First Aid Certificate. If you can help out, they would appreciate it.
