Pack Down Volunteer - Harvest Launceston 12:30pm-1:30pm Saturdays

Each Saturday from 12:30pm-1:30pm 6 dedicated volunteers help to pack down all the public seating, marquees and infrastructure that is used in the public spaces at the market. These areas are what sets our beautiful market apart from other markets, and gives us our true community feel. This role requires a moderate amount of manual handling including bending, lifting and moving marquee weights (up to 15kg)

Volunteers required to assist at the Lobster Ponds, a tourist attraction within the cafe and kitchen areas. The cafe supports the ongoing work of maintaining the lobster ponds and the grounds. If you are interested in volunteering within a conservation/environment project we would love to hear from you. If you have experience, great. If you don't have experience we are happy to assist and train you, all you need is a willing attitude.
