This Volunteer Role (DES) reports to the Regional Coordinator (RC). The purpose of the role is to assist individuals with disability, mental illness, injury or health conditions to maintain sustainable employment in the open labour market. The Volunteer will provide person centred assistance that will vary depending on the individual needs of each participant to achieve greater social inclusion through workforce participation and training.

The ER worker provides crisis management services to clients in need of support, guidance and assistance whilst respecting the privacy of the client. Attention and adherence to the appropriate protocols and policies is critical.
