Outer East Foodshare collects food from donors such as Foodbank Victoria, supermarkets and local food growers and businesses, and distributes it to agencies in the Yarra Ranges and Knox, currently working with 30 agencies.

We are seeking volunteers to assist the Community Garden Lead Volunteer with general watering, weeding, planting, maintenance etc. The Community Garden is an edible garden which provides seasonal produce for the community. This role involves light, physical activity. This position would also suit anyone needing to complete their 15 hours for Centrelink or who enjoys being outside and has a green thumb.

We are looking for a volunteer driver to assist with picking up clients who are members of our Social Friendship from their homes, every Wednesday afternoon at 12.45pm during school terms, and return them home again around 3.30pm.
