    Everyone is welcome to volunteer at parkrun events. We have heaps of fun, simple and rewarding opportunities to lend a hand for one to two hours on a Saturday morning at parkrun events across Australia. No training is required, roles are fully supported on the day and you can take part as often or as little as you would like. You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.

    36 jump wings and jump poles to be sanded back and painted Metal jump wings are needing some love. They need to be sanded back and painted. Wooden poles need a base paint put on them, and then painted with different colours.

    It’s a good day to be in the kitchen! Become a Grub Hubber today. Rise is a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting people for over 40 years. We support people to maintain their independence at home or to access community services. Rise values inclusion and embraces the experience of people in our community from all walks of life. Our Grub Hubbers help in our social centres with preparing morning tea and lunch, serving tea and coffee, cleaning tables, and washing up.
