DUTIES
Active participant in devising strategies to grow membership
Maintain member database in Salesforce
Oversee member renewal and fulfilment processes
Manage communications to members
Active participant in enhancement of membership packages

SKILLS
The successful applicant will be skilled in clear and consistent customer communication
Internet-based research and communication
Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Database software Salesforce

QUALIFICATIONS
Background in marketing or customer relations
Experience in using a CRM system would be most beneficial
Your appreciation of jazz would assist you in performing this role

Be prepared to become a member of the Museum at an annual fee of $50.00
