Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategic plan
  • Develop and implement imaginative fundraising activities to generate funds
  • Use online platforms to generate funds like auctions, merchandise sale, book sale etc.
  • Write applications and mail-shots, using direct mailing to reach a range of potential and current donors
  • Generate reports on the most appropriate fundraising activities with the highest chance of success and monthly income report
  • Manage and update database to record donor contact and preference information
  • Engage, develop and maintain professional relationships with individual members of the community, local companies and other organisation to promote ACN and gain donations
  • Maintain appropriate records to ensure fundraising income is processed efficiently with timely acknowledgement, thank you letters and donor reports
  • Research on new fundraising streams and donor
