About this opportunity
Come and work with the best bunch of adult volunteers in WA!
The Region Manager's term of appointment is three years. As a Region Manager, you will chair meetings within your Region, lead your team, manage operational risk and administration, visit Guide Units, role model and mentor new Leaders, support existing Leaders, and work in a team with other State Personnel.
The Country North and Capricorn Regions cover Units in Geraldton, Kununurra, and all parts of the northwest, including Capricorn, Pilbara and Kimberley. There are around 8-10 Units across the regions.
You will have no direct regular meetings with youth members, but will rather support an adult team of women volunteers from 18 years and up. You will receive support from the outgoing Region Manager during the handover phase and the State Team and office staff will also be there for you while you learn the role.
