About this opportunity

Sanitarium, the long-time owner of the Sanitarium Weet-Bix Kids TRYathlon, would like to invite you to volunteer to be part of our Help Team. Volunteers will guide and encourage our Weet-Bix Kids as they take to the pool, the bike and the track to participate in the largest kids tryathlon series on the planet! As part of the Help Team, you’ll be instrumental in making a real difference to Aussie kids as we encourage them to get off the couch, give physical activity a TRY and get a great boost in self-confidence.

Is your club in need of some extra funds?
Community groups such as schools, sport teams or churches can volunteer together to help raise funds for their club. Sanitarium will make a donation to bona fide community groups of $27 per head for their support as a volunteer. It is a great team exercise, and can be a fun day contributing to your community and learning new skills at the same time!

We greatly appreciate the time that you give us and aim to do our best to keep you informed and enjoy the day as much as possible. Our volunteers receive an Event Volunteer T-Shirt, hat and other goodies as a souvenir. You will receive a full brief of your task prior to the event day so you can feel confident in the task ahead, and enjoy being a part of the action and cheering along the Weet-Bix Kids.

Training

You will be briefed electronically and upon arrival and have an allocated team leader with you at all times.
