About this opportunity

The Busselton Toy Library is a not-for-profit organisation that has been running for almost 30 years. It has been set up to enable local families to borrow a variety of educational and recreational toys for children aged 0-6 years.
It is operated on a voluntary basis by a committee of passionate persons and funded primarily by memberships and fundraising. Our toy library is a positive place to meet other families while looking after the environment by reducing landfill waste from unwanted toys.

Volunteers are required on Saturdays 9.30 - 11am when the toy library is open to assist families to return, clean and loan new toys or the volunteer may also attend the toy library on a day negotiable during the week to assist with cleaning and maintaining the organisation of the Busselton Toy Library.


The Volunteer skills required are great communication and organisation skills, basic computer skills, ability to work independently, time management skills, experience working with children and an interest in childhood development through play would be advantageous

Time Required

Saturdays 9.30 - 11am or if you don't want to be around the hustle and bustle of kids but still want to assist Week days negotiable
