We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to assist in the office with a variety of duties, including scanning, printing, photocopying, stationery orders, mail, filing and more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Refilling photocopier with paper • Filing • Class Data Entry – Referrals/Information only • Updating list of Justices of the Peace – monthly • Typing appointment letters for pro bono appointments • Typing appointment letters for property settlement information seminars • Printing property settlement information seminar flyers and placing them on the front counter, outreach cases • Printing and updating property settlement information seminar folder • Printing and updating outreach information folder • Printing copies of all forms when running low (all forms kept in pigeon holes in admin and the filing cabinet that contains all forms needed by lawyers/advocates) • Checking pamphlets in reception and ordering more as needed • Stationery Orders • Emptying Shredder • Mail
