Are you someone who is interested in a mix of day-to-day operational management of our IT systems alongside opportunity to be proactive and recommend new technology solutions to assist our organisation to grow and be sustainable?
-Support the implementation of Salesforce CRM during 2018 (back-end system set-up and data migration complete).
-Day-to-day management of systems including adding and removing users and actioning operational requests, as required.
-Provide systems support to all users.
-Provide training to new and existing users.
-Document protocols and guidance to end-users.
-Own computer, phone and internet
-Experience with Salesforce CRM, Google email, contacts & document management
-Rolling out technology to users.
-Able to self-manage and work autonomously
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-A desire to help people to improve their mental health
-Experience with Wordpress
