INCH’s Tenancy Reference Group (TRG). is seeking volunteers for the following working groups -.

Working Group (1) – Tenant Fundraising
To assist some of INCH tenants to undertake fundraising event.

The TRG is seeking people with the following skills/experience in
- Event co-ordination
- Good interactions with people
- Good oral communication
- Ability to problem solve

Working Group (2) – Community Gardens
To assist some tenants to establish community veg and herb gardens.

The TRG is seeking people with the following skills/experience in
- Good co-ordination
- Knowledge of veg/herbs plants
- Gardening experience – ability to propagate from seeds, cuttings and teach others
- Good interactions with people
- Good oral communications

Working Group (3) – Implement Tenant Reward Program and source donations of computers

Working Group (4) Tenant Feedback
Objective
To engage with INCH tenants and recent ex-tenants to obtain feedback across a number of areas

The TRG is seeking people with the following skills/experience
- Research
- Good interactions with people
- Ability to connect with large variety of people
- Good oral communications
- Event co-ordinating

Volunteer characteristics: Passion to assist people who are in housing need in our local community, Leadership qualities, team player, good communicator, planning and development skills, good sense of humor

Skills gained: Satisfaction of volunteering for a charity who provides housing to the most vulnerable people in our community to improve their lives.

Engagement with a diverse range of people

Enhance or develop a range of skills, gain experience and develop new friendships, etc
