EWB’s partnerships do amazing work by combining our volunteers’ efforts with those of community organisations that share our goals. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and proactive person who can support this work by coordinating the efforts of our partnerships across the country. You will be working with enthusiastic team members from each partnership and your main task will be to enable the teams working on the various partnerships to work effectively by coordinating their communication and support of each other, and by liaising between them and National Office.

This is a new role and the appointee will have the opportunity to shape not only what the role looks like, but, together with the rest of the team, will have the opportunity to shape how EWB achieves its local partnership aims.

What you will do:

- work with teams in different states to share knowledge and collaborate on new initiatives
- work with teams in different states to develop local partnerships resources in line with EWB’s strategy and aims
- liaise with EWB national office to:
a) keep National Office informed of new parterships and the needs of the local partnerships program
b) keep local partnerships coordinators informed of relevant national office initiatives and discussions

About you:

- have experience with EWB, another not for profit, or charity as a member of local partnerships or similar initiatives
- have leadership experience
- share EWB’s values and be committed to EWB’s goals
- have around 5 hours a week to spend on EWB work
- have a substantial amount of enthusiasm
- laugh at funny jokes
