Our database coordinator is responsible for assisting our organisation to manage its information for the community of people we help, as well as the donations and fundraising we receive. In addition other administrative work could be included in the role depending on your interest areas such as writing letters, helping us say thank you to our supporters or putting together material for our events.
General computer skills are required including confidence in using web based applications and email. You will also need to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel. Training in CRM system and CiviCRM will be provided.
Because we are a small organisation, this volunteer role can be modified to suit your skills and interests.
