    Once a week, weekdays flexible with your availability either mid morning or mid afternoon, 35-40 minutes session allowing an hour in total for set up and people attending.

    Volunteer Corporate Induction and onsite orientation and induction to the team

  • Requirements
    • National Police Certificate *

Tai Chi is a proven source of body and mind connection and has great health benefits for those who practice the easy moves for their mind and body. Its important as we age that we stay active and engaged in a balanced health approach. Can you spare an hour a week to facilitate this Tai Chi group at our Oxford location.
