    Your will be guided by our expert ecologist.

You're invited to a week of conservation work in country NSW - Join our enthusiastic ecologist and a team of friendly volunteers and help improve habitat for Australia's rarest butterfly! This butterfly is only found in the Central Tablelands at elevations over 900m and is now listed as an endangered species.

Field Conservation activities include; planting Purple Copper Butterfly food species, removing or treating invasive plant species threatening habitat and if conditions are right, surveying these rare and beautiful butterflies.

When: Monday 17th - Friday 21st September
Where: Sunny Corner, Country NSW
Fee: We are a Not for profit, but ask that your contribute to the cost of food, transport and accommodation (in the beautiful Black Gold Cabins, in Wallerawang) at $40 per day.

Transport from Penrith Station on Monday morning at 8:30 am. Drop off back to Sydney in the PM.
