    Training in our event and lesson marketing process and in production of suitable marketing materials provided as required

  • Requirements

    The key requirements envisaged are:
    1. Organisational skills and attention to detail
    2. Office and creative software experience and skills - with additional guidance and training available
    3. Willingness to work with diverse event conveners and lesson coordinators in a cooperative manner
    4. Commitment to the role preferably for a period of at least 12 months

  • Reimbursement

    Provision of access to Google G Suite products. Reimbursement of any approved expenses.

The Role

This is an important role for the club, as we try to enhance our effective marketing of our events and lessons. The Event Marketing Support role will:
1. Assist event conveners and lesson coordinators with production and distribution of professional fliers and other relevant marketing materials including via our own website and social networks and via suitable external websites and directories as per our current event and lesson marketing process
2. Prompt event conveners and lesson coordinators if required
3. Review the event and lesson marketing process to the Club Committee to facilitate improvements in the process
4. Keep the Vice-President/Communications WG Coordinator, the Chair of the Tournament Sub-Committee and the Director of Bridge Education informed (anticipated to be by email)
