The capacity of our campaign work lies with our capacity to learn and grow.

As the Learning manager, you will be overseeing the knowledge management of the team, including training, monitoring and evaluation of the skills development of all team members. You will also be the go-to person for any internal communications within the core organising team, and for any communications outgoing.

You will be working creating curriculum, coordinating and delivering training programs, to ensure each Team member is well trained for all the tools we use eg Slack, airtable, the Google suite such as gmail and google docs. This will also expand into delivering programs into universities and schools, eg teaching poverty,  global health issues and advocacy skills to high-school students.

If you enjoy teaching and training, and don’t mind answering simple questions ie how to turn on notifications, this is the role for you!
