    Monday - Friday (Shifts include 0900-1330, 0930-1430, 1000-1500 or 1430-1900) Saturday - Sunday (1000-1500)

    • National Police Certificate *
    • Working with Children Check *

    Australian Drivers Licence is desirable but not mandatory

  • Reimbursement

    All costs incurred will be reimbursed to volunteers

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with people with disabilities, older people and people from diverse backgrounds
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to the needs and different perspectives of people from diverse cultures
  • People skills including an ability to stay calm under pressure and willingness and ability to resolve disputes and de-escalate situations
  • Customer service skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and use of databases
  • Solution based communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent time management including the ability to set priorities and work efficiently
  • Physically able to perform the duties as required
