    KENG requires a volunteer who would like to be part of a vibrant community organisation in a supported environment with multidisciplinary staff who is committed to supporting and empowering vulnerable community members.

The Reception/Administration Officer would work collaboratively with the principle Administration Officer and other KENG staff. The role would include greeting community members and responding to their enquiries/requests. This would require building a good understanding of the services and programs at KENG. The role would also include responding to enquiries and requests on the phone and referring to the relevant program/person. The role would require good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively under the direction of the Administration Officer, the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of community members who are sometimes experiencing challenging experiences.
