Transferring Oral history interviews from records, digital files and audio interview recordings by typing up on a word processor. Following training, volunteer will be required to work from home on his/her own computer. Volunteers are required to live close by in the Busselton area.

Audio interviews are to be transcribed into full oral history records of the Busselton region. Information is transferred from digital files through a simple program called eScribe, so computer knowledge and access for downloading the program and saving documents necessary.

The Busselton Oral History Group captures the stories of the life and times of local people in Busselton and surrounding areas, and shares the stories with the general public.

Please note: This position is not suitable to fulfil Centrelink Mutual Obligation Requirements. Volunteers need to live close by in the local area.
