German Tutor

About this opportunity

The tutor will work with the students to develop their German language skills (grammar and vocabulary, speaking and listening, etc) according to their needs and abilities. An interactive and communication-based approach is encouraged. No tests or exams. The tutor should ideally be a native speaker or fluent in German with a sound knowledge of the language. Good interpersonal and communication skills are important as is a patient and tolerant attitude. A good sense of humour is always an advantage.

Classes take place in the U3A meeting room at Australia Fair every Thursday from 11.15am-1.15pm. The year is divided in two semesters, February - June and August - early December.
