Millennium Kids is a youth sustainability organisation empowering young people to be aware and active in their local communities. We encourage young people to have a voice regarding issues that concern them, and shape their
opinions into positive, practical action projects that include all interested stakeholders.
We were established in Perth in 1999 and have now got chapters in South Africa, Canada and
Indonesia.
All members are aged between 10 – 25 and undertake a range of projects including (but not limited
to): tree planting, clean up days, sustainability education, HIV education, establishment of food
gardens, animal monitoring, TravelSmart to School and many more.
