Active? Love sailing? If being part of a team to support people with disabilities to be active and enjoy sailing - then this is the role for you.
The volunteer will support sailabiity clients to enjoy their sailing experience. From beginners to high performance racing.

9.30 to 12.30pm

Additional requirements

National Police Certificate *. Working with Children Check *.

Sailing experience desirable but not necessary - just a desire to support people with disabilities and increase their participation in recreation activities.
Skipper’s ticket desirable (RST)
Volunteer orientation and training session in October each year however personal training is provided if you
cannot attend these sessions.
Sailability takes on 3 - 4 university students each season.

Working with Children (WWC) clearance is necessary for all volunteers and Sailability is happy to reimburse cost.

Time Required

9.30am - 12.30pm; Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday.
