Be the first contact Visitors and Guests meet at the Museum. Answer the Telephone, transfer calls, answer enquiries about the museum. Responsible for the sale of CDs, stock and payments. Prepare orders for mailing. Help with any administration work for the Museum under instruction. Requirements are: Computer literate in Microsoft Office Tools. Salesforce experience (or equivalent) an advantage. Experience in customer service is a priority. Ideal position to gain current workplace experience Immediate start
