COMMUNITY DINNER VOLUNTEERS

Community Services Ongoing commitment Padstow NSW

About this opportunity

This not for profit Christian Organisation is in desperate need of Volunteers to help with their weekly community dinner. They are committed to making a real difference to the lives of the homeless and at-risk in their community and one way they do this is to ensure that these people have at least one nourishing meal during the week.

As a Community Dinner Volunteer you would be assisting with the preparation, cooking and serving of meals, as well as set and pack up of the dining and kitchen areas. Volunteering in this capacity is a great way to build fellowship and serve the community at the same time.

The dinners are held Wednesday nights and Volunteers are needed between 4pm and 8pm. You would also be required to undergo Police and Working With Children Checks before commencement of role.

If you would like to join this team of community minded Volunteers and make a difference to someone’s life, we would love to hear from you.
