The Australian Marketing Institute is the largest and leading professional marketing association in Australia, dating back to 1933. We offer a platform to advance marketers thinking, develop their skills, fuel their development and fulfil their potential – so that they are equipped to take on the challenges of a changing marketplace.

We are looking for a highly organised individual with previous experience in administration to assist the Sydney head office two days a week at our CBD office. The role will usually involve approximately 12 hours a week.

Manage the Administration email address
• Send invoices to Dataline
• Upload invoices into Dataline
• Code invoices for Dataline as per Chart of Accounts
o Liaise with Departments Managers for Coding
• File current paper invoices into binders as per instructions from Office Manager
• File soft copy invoices into Admin outlook

Purchase Orders:
• Prepare Purchase Orders as requested by CEO or Office Manager
• Hand to Office Manager or Admin Assistant for signing by CEO and Board Finance
• Email to Accountant once signed

Business Cards
• Upload Business Cards into CEO Outlook
• File Business Cards

Other Duties
• Ad hoc duties as requested by CEO or Office Manager
