    A current national police check is mandatory. A three hour workplace orientation must be undertaken prior to beginning volunteer work. Support is provided for the completion of required online modules if needed.
    It is expected that following a successful orientation, volunteers will commit to working at least 3 hours per week at Villa Vincent.

The position involves assisting in the laundry with washing, pressing and labelling residents’ clothing.
It also involves returning laundered clothes to the residents and placing items in their wardrobes. Ability to drive the mini bus. Ability to engage with elderly residents. Ability to work in a laundry following workplace health and safety instructions. Volunteer characteristics: Personable. Sociable. Caring. Good listener and communicator. Reasonably fit and energetic. A current national police check is mandatory. A three hour workplace orientation must be undertaken prior to beginning volunteer work. Support is provided for the completion of required online modules if needed.
It is expected that following a successful orientation, volunteers will commit to working at least 3 hours per week at Villa Vincent. 55+ volunteers preferred
