Desire to particpate in important conservation efforts
Conservation Volunteers invites you to join us on our Community Conservation Support Program. This program is highly diverse as we undertake a range of different activities across a variety of locations.
One day you could be planting native seedlings along the banks of a river, helping to improve biodiversity in one of Canberra’s most important river corridors. On another day you could be in a local nature reserve, undertaking track maintenance activities to improve accessibility into our bushland. On another day, you could be removing weeds, helping to conserve habitat for our native wildlife. Each of these projects has significant benefits to our local environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to participate in caring for Canberra’s local bushland, get active in the outdoors and meet likeminded people.
So join us today!
