About this opportunity

The role would suit someone with good communication skills, both written & verbal, well organised, and able to work solo, as well as in a team environment. The role reports to the Executive committee who manage the Theatre and meet on a monthly basis. 5 full productions are held each calendar year, as well as a One Act Season of short plays. The club hold other functions during the year including an Awards night to honour excellence in our productions. The role has several positions reporting to it; an external media officer; external Printer Company, Newsletter editor; Programmes Co-ordinator and Website Coordinator. Most of the work can be done from home, via phone , PC etc. Once a month meetings are held at the theatre which would require attendance or delegation. Think you can handle it? Additional requirements

Access to Internet facilities is essential; Good phone contact availability. Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential. Any age over 18 years old.

Time Required

Flexible /day & night / weekday & weekends. Busiest in run up to productions.

Volunteer position and non paying. Any out of pockets expenses that legitimately occur are reimbursed by the Club Treasurer.
