About this opportunity
Ronald McDonald House Parkville is seeking a volunteer receptionist, with excellent customer service to help support the daily operations of the House. This role is client facing, and will require someone who is a great communicator, has basic computer skills and is passionate about supporting families with a seriously ill child.
The role will initially be on selected days during the week, split into two shifts, morning and afternoon, with the hope to expand it to everyday in the near future.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Greeting families and showing them through the facility
- Fielding enquiries from families.
- Answering the phone
- Entering paperwork into a data
