The Dance Assistant Volunteer role supports the MAD! (Mature Age Dance), a contemporary dance program designed for older adults 50+. Main purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the program and to enable older adults to improve and/or maintain their health and flexibility, ultimately increasing quality of life and longevity. You will be guided by the Dance Teacher how to best assist participants in this 110 minute program.
