Social Support Volunteers encourage and support community engagement, independent living and enable socially isolated people to ‘get back to the things they love’ through meaningful social connections. Volunteers work with people to meet their social support goals. This might involve having a conversation with someone over a cuppa at home, or getting out and about with a group doing something the person enjoys.
