This program takes a holistic personalised approach to help unemployed African migrants (mainly women who are former refugees from South Sudan) to overcome barriers to employment. Mentors will work one-on-one with a job seeker, providing essential support to African migrants as they seek long-term employment in Australia, and ongoing support once they have found employment.
