Live-in volunteer position. Be a positive, mature and responsible role model to young people living within transitional accommodation, by demonstrating appropriate independent living skills, self-care, communication and behavior. The volunteer will live at the property rent-free. This position is open to individuals and couples.

Help support Zena to practice her English skills and engage with her local community. You'll be supporting a person with a disability to connect with the community and engage in activities and groups that align with their interests, skills and/or abilities. The support volunteers provide is flexible based on their capacity and discussed prior to connection. We ask that volunteers can commit to volunteer for 12 months or longer.
Want to work collaboratively with the ASWC staff to deliver Saturday Programs. This support can include: delivering social activities for people seeking asylum, assist with collecting food parcels at the centre, administrative tasks, general cleaning and maintenance of the centre, and contributing ideas for Saturday excursions.
