The Terrick Terrick National Park protects on of the last areas of undisturbed vegetation in Northern Victoria. It is home to several species of rare and threatened plants. The Terrick Terrick grasslands are home to the endangered bird species the Plains-wanderer. Our aim with this project is to help maintain the park and help to protect these critical species habitats.

    A unique fun run for all ages and abilities, Run2Cure consists of a 1km Little Heroes walk for children 5 and under (where kids big and small are encouraged to come as their favourite super hero!), and timed 3km, 5km and 10km runs. A fun day out for the whole family, there will also be pony rides, a kindy farm, face painting, jumping castles and more.

After an informative identification session we will head out to targeted breeding sites including Lee Point, East Point, Botanical Gardens and Golflinks to collect Cane Toads ready for humane disposal.     Darwin has a variety of unique and beautiful beaches. A new location will be surveyed each week for Marine Debris which is then sorted and catalogued on the day, adding to a national database.
