  5. Members of Festival Planning Committee

To replace retiring members, we need people with organisational abilities who are self-starters and able to work with a team. Although the planning committee meets once a month, there is little to do until towards the end of the year when meetings double. The incumbent may be expected to handle phone calls, emails and paperwork with BCC as well as make bookings with services such as Security, Police, First Aid, Traffic Control etc. There will be a one year handover.
