    Festival of the Sea 2017 Volunteer

    The Festival of the Sea began in 2008 to promote and educate the public on our local wild caught and aquaculture fishing industries. The Festival provides entertainment for the whole family with local entertainers, nautical activities for adults and children, competitions and seafood cooking demonstrations. Entry is by gold coin donation. In 2017 the Festival is being run on Saturday 15th April from 10am to 4pm. Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles usually for 2 or more hours.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers to help out at the event as our participants cycle 100km or walk 25km in their quest to end cancer and raise funds for the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital.
