    EdConnect Australia

    EdConnect Australia has supported volunteers who are keen to develop positive intergenerational relationships with students in school settings for over 20 years. With the generous support of Give Where You Live and their Pitch Up program, EdConnect is introducing a Transition Mentor program to assist Geelong students as they progress through key education transitions from grade six to year seven and year eight to year nine.
