Capecare Volunteer Program requires volunteers for up to 15 hours per week to assist with tasks over 2 or 3 days per week. This role includes a diverse range of activities including assisting the Lifestyle team with garden walks, mobility walks, one-on-one chats, lifestyle activities. Hands-on caring of residents is not part of volunteer duties. Volunteers will be supported by Lifestyle staff and allied health staff.

Do you have some time to spare during the week or on the weekend? We are in need of people to provide point of contact for our residents and others. Duties will include serving customers, ensuring the shop shelves are neat and tidy, and chatting to residents when they come into the shop. No heaving lifting or wheelchair pushing is required for this role. Time to be negotiated. Also seeking someone to open the shop for 2 hours on a Saturday.
