As a team member, you may be responsible for two main tasks, namely event planning and management of the entire operational logistics. The purpose of all missions is to help MYND Initiative Inc. convey important messages. As part of the Governance Team, you will be responsible for identifying the current updates in legislation affecting the regulation of MYND Initiative Inc., and then amending and/or drafting the Constitution, Regulations and By-Laws, and our Policies and Procedures for Executive approval.

MYND Initiative is looking for administration officers to work across a number of teams, undertaking a variety of tasks including diarising meeting dates and notifying of same, drafting agendas for team meetings, recording the meeting, typing the minutes, distributing the minutes, monitoring the MYND Initiative Gmail account and forwarding emails to the appropriate team leader, drafting and editing documents, as well as undertaking other administrative tasks as needed.
