PCYC embRACE is an excellent opportunity to get involved in your local community. Would you like to provide companionship and social support to aged care clients? You can offer companionship and friendship to clients on a one-on-one basis or by spending time in a group activity, escorting them on an appointment, walk, a shopping trip, or by simply having a chat and a cup of coffee.
We are looking for volunteers to hang out and provide some social and practical support on Saturdays with a group of mates. Hours are between 9:30 - 4 and we can be flexible. You'll be joining in social activities with adults who have an intellectual disability. We welcome all potential volunteers!

Starting Over Support (SOS) assists vulnerable families to make their new house a home by providing furniture and household goods when they are leaving a refuge following a crisis situation. Keep fit and active by loading and unloading donated goods to the empty homes of these families. Volunteers are needed to bring a sense of normality and security to the recipients by committing to a roster with work hours between 8am to 6pm pending on deliveries and pickup for that day.
