Can:Do4Kids are looking for fun and confident volunteers to collect donations at the gates at the Royal Adelaide Show at the Wayville Showgrounds on Sunday, September 9th this year. Funds raised go to Can:Do 4Kids supporting, deaf, blind and sensory impaired children make informed decisions and set goals which are achievable and meaningful, and give Can:Do4Kids the ability to work in partnership with them to achieve these goals.
Can you assist us with arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, briefing papers and other associated correspondence? This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an interest in social justice and advocacy. You will need to attend some weekend Group meetings and expect to provide assistance for 2-3 hours per week.
Working as part of a team of volunteers, you will provide customer service and sales assistance at the Noffs Opportunity Shop. Day-to-day tasks can include; advising customers of pricing, entering all takings in to the cash register, clothes and goods sorting, and ensuring the facility is clean and tidy.
