Salvos Stores volunteers come from all walks of life, with individual goals from benefiting their local community, to having fun, learning new skills, and increasing self-confidence, and much more. Our growing volunteer base, now 5100 strong, helped Salvos Stores provide $21.5m to essential Salvation Army Programs, including $2.7m in clothing and other household items. Each year, the efforts of our volunteers help divert approximately 20,000 tonnes of goods from going to landfill.
