Entrepeneur Coordinator

At SisterWorks we support women of migrant, refugee and asylum seeker background, and living in Greater Melbourne, to become personally and financially empowered through the sale of their homemade products.

Design Lab Co-ordinator

The Design lab at SisterWorks is the creative heart of our home. Here the Entrepreneurs are able to make new friendships, develop new skills, and learn the pathway of the Entrepreneurial journey. . We are seeking a highly organised, creative individual with strong communication skills, to co-ordinate our lab based in Richmond which is open 10 - 4pm Monday to Friday. This role will ideally be a minimum of 12 hours a week, over three days.

Volunteer Independent Persons attend police interviews with young people under 18 years at designated police stations around Victoria. The Independent Person is there to protect the young person from the disadvantage inherent in their age and to ensure they understand what is happening to them and why. You will be non-judgmental, friendly and empathetic to the needs of young people while retaining a keen awareness of the balance between justice and the child's rights.

Heart Foundation Community Speaker

Heart Foundation Community Speakers deliver heart health talks to community groups and workplaces. Talk topics include nutrition, active living, warning signs of heart attack, risk factors for heart disease and life after heart attack. No previous experience required. Training and resources provided. Receive on-going support from the Community Speakers' Program Coordinator. Flexible position - Assume talks as per your availability. Aim to deliver at least 3 talks per calendar year.
