West Werribee Treatment Plant

The treatment plant is a home to over 270 species of birds, and you work will help protect the area that they live. We will be mulching around native plants to supress weed growth, maintain moisture and enhance biodiversity in the area. Come give us a hand.

Tree planting will assist upper canopy species that are not regenerating well naturally, and increase biodiversity of this critically endangered ecosystem. This valuable exercise will increase the integrity of valuable woodlands and availability of habitat for threatened species known to occur in the area.
