    The Friendship Garden Playgroup supports families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds with pre-school aged children. The aim is to provide a structured playgroup for children to engage in activities that promote social connection, creative expression and develop their understanding and appreciation of the environment. The volunteer will support the facilitator to connect families, prepare and serve food, set up and pack up playgroup resources and provide language assistance.

Hubs offer meaningful social activities as well as access local education, health, community and settlement services. Hubs are looking for enthusiastic Child Minding Assistants who can support and supervise young children whilst their parents take part in workshops and programs. Parents are usually close by if not in the same room.

    Books in the Burrows is a wonderful program for pre-school children to participate in craft activities and to learn the love of books.
